Hating them
So I had a really good beginning of the week and the end has been awful....
Night shifts and lack of determination are the culprits.
I finish my nights in a few hours time and am back to work on a 16 hour day tomorrow :( and wednesday :(
After this I have 3 consecutive days off and am going to go for a run each day!!! Ive made mark force me to if im lacking in motivation :) and im just going to really try to concentrate on my shakes again !!!
I know when I see a difference ill be more determined again but its getting to that point first :(
Anyway keep it up guys :)
