Its almost like I have started for the very first time again :) im really into it again :) loving the new fruits if the forest flavour before work this morning :)
Yesterday I managed to have all 3 products :) and a steamed veg and chicken dinner :) yay me..... the downside was patient chocolates given to us from Switzerland. My excuse ..... I didnt have one :( so it made me feel rubbish. But I stuck to having my dinner :)
Today ive got my 3 products a yoghurt fruit jelly and im off out to eat later where I will order a caeser salad :) the place we are going does a gorgeous salad :)
