So I went out for a run this morning and decuded that I would increase it just that little bit. I run the loop around the block and there is many ways I could increase it. I went with just a small extra bit which made my normally 2.15 miles to 2.38 and I chose due to the fact that its only been a couple of times that I have ran my first run without stopping :)
Over the next few times I aim to extend my run to 3 miles but give me time huh?
